Backing speaks for itself...
In less than ten years, Mayakoba has become a quality brand that is instantly recognizable in the Mayan Riviera. With the successful operation of its resort and right in front of it, OHL Desarrollos, the developers of Mayakoba, announce the project of Ciudad Mayakoba, providing all the elements of a small town with a series of plans for its development.
There will be shops, offices, medical centers, sport clubs, schools, and a new golf course, surrounded by a variety of residences, and magnificent lots.
The first project, Mayakoba Trails, has been announced; and it is under construction along with a developer based in Cancun. There will be individual lots for sale that have been carefully fitted out to satisfy the needs of the rising middle-upper class from the Mayan Riviera.
Furthermore, there will be a special area set aside to provide housing for the employees of Mayakoba and other resorts in the vicinity, which will drastically reduce their commuting time.
The master plan of the development has been thoroughly designed to respect the environment. Such an ambitious project is expected to become the first development of its kind in the Mayan Riviera.
